At Wolf Woman Essentials, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a streamlined return process through Loop Returns. Please review the details below for important information regarding return eligibility and return shipping.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as gift cards, are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please visit wolfwomanessentials.com/apps/returns and follow the instructions provided.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the return amount, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Pack the item securely and attach the provided return label to your package.
Store Credit:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be issued store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping charges and any return shipping fees.
- Store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued to your Loop Returns account.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please process your return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
