For Hands-Free Walking (Using the Wolf Stride System™)

Hands-free works best with two leashes:

1. Primary Leash: Always 6 ft — this threads through the Wolf Stride System™ backpack.
2. Second Leash: Length varies depending on your proportions.

How to Choose Your Second Leash

• Tall human + small dog: Choose 5 ft or 6 ft (prevents the leash from pulling tight.)
• Short human + tall dog: Choose 3 ft or 4 ft (prevents excessive slack.)

Jennifer is 5'9" with a medium/large dog and uses a 5 ft second leash.

Training & Control Situations

• 3 ft: Best for heel work, crowded trails, city walking, vet visits
• 4–5 ft: Ideal for everyday walks, hands-free adventures
