Thank you for shopping with Wolf Woman Essentials. We are committed to delivering your gear quickly, reliably, and with the same level of performance you expect from our products.

 

1. U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $89 or more

  • Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only

  • Orders under $89 ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping is available at an additional cost

All shipping options and rates are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shopping from outside the U.S.? See Section 7 for international ordering options.

 

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Expedited orders placed before 1 p.m. PST may ship the same day

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

4. Delivery Timing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, and we plan to offer direct international shipping in the future.

If you are ordering from outside the United States, some customers choose to use an independent package-forwarding service, which provides a U.S. delivery address and forwards your order on to your international address. Please note:

  • These services operate entirely independently of Wolf Woman Essentials.

  • International shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, delivery times, and any loss or damage that occurs after your order leaves the U.S. address are handled directly between you and the forwarding service.

  • Once your order is delivered to the U.S. address you provide, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for return, replacement, or lost/damaged coverage under our standard policies.
