Ben Street
Backcountry Adventurer & Gear Tester | California, USA

Ben Street

With over 15 years of backpacking experience, Ben has lived a life defined by adventure and service in the outdoors. He ran his college’s backpacking club, spent six years in ocean rescue, three years as a ski patroller, and completed a season of search and rescue. Along the way, he also worked at Patagonia for three years, further deepening his knowledge of technical gear and sustainability. Now based in California, Ben teaches skiing at Mammoth Mountain and yoga on the side. When he isn’t on the slopes, he can be found running, surfing, gardening, or tending to his chickens. His four-legged adventure partner is Abbey, an Australian Shepherd/Catahoula mix who shares his love of hiking, chasing, and playing 'find it.' From mountaineering to canyoneering, backcountry skiing to long-distance treks with Abbey, Ben has put countless packs to the test. His passion for functional gear and his lived expertise make him the perfect ambassador to push the Wolf Stride System to its limits.
